Kelly's Story
As a daughter, sister, wife, mother, and business owner, Kelly understands that thoughtful planning creates the freedom to make memories. She shares her story—and her work—because she knows how truly blessed she has been and believes in helping others protect what matters most.
Kelly is a University of Miami School of Law graduate, Florida attorney, and finance professional with more than 30 years of experience in estate planning, business planning, and concierge legal services.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), she helps families and business owners protect, grow, and transition their legacies with clarity and confidence.
A military wife for over 30 years and now a military mom, Kelly brings deep personal insight into the sacrifices made by military families. Her husband is a retired Air Force officer and pilot, and her sons serve in the military and aerospace industries.
Kelly is the founder of Kelly’s Briefing Room, offering education, consulting, and membership programs for military families, focused on protecting what has already been built and planning for the future. Her motto is "Where Legal Clarity Meets Military Heart".
Kelly is the current Chief Community Officer for the Council For Military Spouse Clubs, a group of professionals supporting all military spouses as they connect and give back to their local communities.
A sought-after speaker and consultant, Kelly has presented for national legal organizations and business groups and continues to guide families, entrepreneurs, and attorneys through planning that protects both family and business.
Professionally, she has presented for the National Business Institute (NBI) and Lawline, co-authored the book Law Office on A Laptop. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Certified Entrepreneurship and Business Life Consultant and Myers Briggs Alignment and Natural Skills Consultant, Kelly combines professional knowledge and practical insight to provide tools and education to protect and prosper you, your family and your business.
